JANES TESTIMONY AND HUMBLE REQUEST FOR PRAYERS.
Greetings My Name is Pst Janes Olweny, I was born in a family of 9 children and I'm the first born in our family in the village called Kolero, I was born in a very humble family. My parents were very poor so even getting food was difficult to my parents.
I started my schooling but I didn't finish my schooling because my parents were very poor. So I and my Sister who is the second born we dropped from school so that we can work for people and get some food for our family.
Life was not good for us because my Father was sick at that time, so I was like a father to my younger ones and in our Village is a Islamic area, arround us neighbors are lsamic people and even others people who are worship (idols gods).my father is now the late years ago l remain with my mother.
One time when I was in our small town ..... I meet with one Bishop and he was preaching in a crusade or open air, in that time, the Bishop called me he praying for me and I be come a Christian and I started to go to his church.
He helped me spiritually and I started as a praise and worship in his church and by God's Grace he took me to Bible school which l didn't finished the course because the Bishop who was paying for me accidentally died in a road accident. he left me while I am still young spiritual and that is how l came to start bible study under a tree with my family and our neighbors who are Islamic came to know Jesus while l was sharing them about the love of Jesus Christ.
on the process of doing evangelist door to door sharing with them more about the love of Jesus Christ, people started coming to hear more about this Jesus and l found many children without there parents some there parents died because of HiV and Aids some others deasinesses,
l fill in my heart to help this orphans children with the small offering that we get l started with 12 children and now the number increases. l do buy food for them although is not enough but we are believing God that through prayers he will open doors of blessings l know and believe that through your teachings towards us things will change in Jesus mighty name.
I only have one bible and all of them doen't have Bible because l have converterd them from Islamic to Christianity l really need more of your prayers.
after reading more about Remnants l found out that this is the write place that l will grow and know the truth about God and through your teachings we will grow and teach more and people here in Homa bay Kenya east Africa am ready to learn more so that l can help people and to win more souls for Christ Jesus.
