Today's new testament reading has me thinking. The angel said that John would lead alot of people to salvation with the powers of Elijah. It a wonder why people think he was his second coming. Or that he was the embodiment of Elijah since God lifted John to them. I need a little help understanding this today. I'm a little under the weather but pushing through as best I can.
